ORDER IN LETTERS PATENT APPEAL NO. 831 of 2025 At the outset, learned advocate Ms.Kiran Udasi for learned advocate Mr.Kotai, learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms.Upadhyaya appearing for the private respondent submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in LPA No.2 of 2025 in SCA No.21637 of 2023 on 01/01/2025, which arises from the very same judgment which is impugned in the present appeal.
Accordingly, the present LPA is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01/01/2025 rendered in LPA No.2 of 2025 in SCA No.21637 of 2023. Connected application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
