1. Learned advocate Mr.Shivrajsingh B. Rathore submitted that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent No.2 original complainant. Respondent No.2 is also present virtually.

The present application has been preferred by the present applicant challenging the concurrent judgment of the learned trial Court, wherein the learned Trial Court, convicting the present applicant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and there is a delay of 96 days preferring this revision application.
