ORAL ORDER
1. The present petition is filed for seeking the following reliefs:
"A. This Honourable Court be pleased to admit and allow this petition.
B. This Honourable Court be pleased to direct to the respondent no.1 to regularize the service of the petitioner ori the post of Electrical Assistant and to pay to the petitioner the salary from the date cancellation of appointment to till date along with all benefits that the petitioner is entitled to.
C. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 30.07.2020 issued by the respondent no.2 cancelling the appointment of the petitioner and in Page 1 of 3 Uploaded by MR. F. Be pleased to pass such other and further order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2. Even in the second call, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Learned advocate Ms. Nidhi Trivedi appearing on behalf of Mr. Dipak Dave, learned advocate for the respondent No.2 is present.

She has submitted that issue involved in the present petition is covered by the judgment of learned Single Judge of this Court passed in Special Civil Application No. 6217 of 2021 and allied matter dated 08.02.2022, which is confirmed by the judgment dated 23.09.2022 passed in Letters Patent Page 2 of 3 Uploaded by MR.
