Issuance of process in Criminal Misc. Application No.123 of 2019 has given rise to present petition. The petitioners are in laws of the original complainant - Shantiben. Learned advocate Mr.Vaidya places on record judgment and order passed by learned Additional JMFC, Gandhidham, whereby, no operative order is passed against the petitioners.
In view of above, the petition has become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed of. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
