ORAL ORDER
At the outset, learned AGP Mr.Shailesh Desai states that during the pendency of the present writ application, the Special Civil Suit No.56 of 2021 (Old Regular Civil Suit No.28 of 2012) is dismissed by Trial Court vide its judgment and decree dated 28th January, 2025. He has submitted the sample copy of the aforesaid judgment passed by the Trial Court, which is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid fact, when the suit itself is dismissed, the present writ application has become infructuous and would not survive.
