2. Learned Advocate Mr. Dave states that during the pendency of the present writ application, a Regular Civil Suit No.4136 of 2015 is already decided by the Trial Court vide its judgment and decree dated 30st April, 2025 against which appeal has been filed by other side by the respondents herein.

So, under the instructions of his client, he does not press the present writ applications with a liberty to raise all contentions available to the petitioner while defending the appeal filed by the respondents. After going through the note and the request made by the learned Advocate Mr. Dave. Permission as sought for is granted. The present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
4. It is made clear that this Court has neither gone into nor examined the merits of the matter.
5. It is open for the parties to pursue the appeal in accordance with law.
