ORAL ORDER
1. After arguing to some extent, learned advocate for the petitioner withdraws present petition on the ground that trial has already commenced. He would further submit that in identically placed accused under NI Act has been acquitted.
2. In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner is permitted to place on record before learned Trial Court concerned copy of the judgment delivered by Co-ordinate Trial Court, whereby, he is acquitted in similar fact situation.
3. Learned Trial Court concerned shall decide the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of present order without being influenced by withdrawal of present petition. All the contentions are kept open.
