ORAL ORDER
1. Vide order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, the matter was referred to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre annexed to this Court for mediation.
2. Today, learned advocates jointly stated that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and that in pursuance of such settlement, a Memorandum of Understanding dated 23.06.2025 has been executed between the parties. The said MoU has been produced along with the report of the Mediator dated 23.06.2025. The same are taken on record.
3.
