ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. SUPEHIA) When the matter is called out, learned advocate Mr.Jain for the petitioner remained absent. The captioned LPA has been listed specially today as per the Notice No.RJ/13/2025 dated 21/06/2025 issued by the Registrar (Judicial) High Court of Gujarat in the Board, under the head of Critically Old Matters for 11 to 12 years.
2. It is noticed by us that in the captioned LPA, the appellant has neither produced the copy of judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge; nor the complete set of captioned writ petition.
3. Learned Senior Advocate Mr.K M Patel with Mr.Varun Patel, learned advocate for the respondent is present who also raised the same grievance. 4. In this view of the matter, and in absence of the learned advocate for the petitioner Mr.Jain, the captioned LPA stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Needless to say that, if any restoration application is filed, the same shall specifically contain the affidavit of the appellant as to whether the cause stated in the appeal would survive or not and entire set of writ petition shall be produced alongwith the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
