ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate for respondent no.2 has placed on record divorce decree passed by learned Family Court, Ahmedabad in Family Suit No.1455 of 2017 and submit that dispute between the parties now would not survive as they have parted away from each other life. He therefore, submits that present petition has lost cause of action.
In view of above, present petition stands disposed of by taking judgment and order passed in Family Suit No.1455 of 2017 with liberty to revive in case of difficulty.
