Learned advocate Mr. Pradip J Patel for the applicant submits that in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of M/s. Celestium Financial V. A. Gnanasekaran arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 137-139/2025, he has instructions to withdraw captioned Criminal Appeal to file appropriate appeal before the learned Sessions Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
This Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
