Gnanasekaran arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 137-139/2025, he has instructions to withdraw captioned Criminal Appeal to file appropriate appeal before the learned Sessions Court.

Permission, as sought for, is granted. The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
