JUSTICE SUNITA AGARWAL) For the grievances raised by the petitioners in the present petition, filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, in the nature of incident which is sought to be reported in the writ petition, the appropriate cause of action for the petitioners was to approach the higher authorities, which has not been done. However, on the larger issue raised before us about the installation of CCTV cameras in the police station in compliance of the judgment and order dated 02.12.2020 passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No. 3543 of 2020, Ms. Manisha Lavkumar Shah, learned Additional Advocate General is directed to seek instructions from the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Gujarat and report the matter to this Court through the Registrar General of this High Court.

With the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
