ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL:-
1. The present First Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 03.01.2022 passed by learned Commissioner, W.C. Act, Labour Court, Gandhidham-Kachchh in Workmen Compensation (Non-Fatal) Application No.22/2010.
2. Heard Mr. Palak H. Thakkar for the appellant and perused the record.

4. Considering the submissions as well as various grounds raised in the memo of appeal, the fact remains that the total amount involved in the appeal is only Rs.24,000/-. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court is of the view that jurisdiction under Section 30 of the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 cannot be exercised. Accordingly, the present First Appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
5. It is made clear that only on the ground of smallness of amount, this order may not be considered as precedent in other claim petitions arising out of the same accident.
6. Record and proceedings be sent back to the learned Commissioner.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION:-
In view of the order passed in the main matter, the connected Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
