1. This application is for condoning the delay of 97 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 21.11.2024 and award dated 03.12.2024 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main) at Chhotaudepur in MACP No. 1868 of 2017.
