1. On 27.02.2025, this Court has passed the following order:
"Party-in-person is not able to conduct the case in accordance with the procedure prescribed co-relating to facts and provisions of law and not able to assist the Court citing decision for precedent. He is unable to know what is precedent; not able to co-relate the provisions of Act and the precedent in the cited judgment. Therefore his Certificate to appear as party-in-person be revoked and he is directed to engage a lawyer to proceed with the case. Stand over to 24th March 2025."
