ORAL ORDER
The present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 153 days in preferring the revision application arising out of judgment dated 11.07.2024 passed by the Gujarat Public Works Contracts Dispute Arbitration Tribunal at Ahmedabad in Arbitration Reference No. 63 of 1996.
The learned advocate for the appellant has stated that in view of the review application filed on 22.11.2024 and the same was allowed on 20.02.2025, a certified copy o the same was received on 04.03.2025 and, therefore, the present delay has been occurred.
Having heard the learned advocate for the appellant and having considered the application, sufficient reasons are stated towards the delay of 153 days in preferring the revision application. Accordingly, the present application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed and delay of 153 days in preferring the revision application is hereby condoned.
