ORAL ORDER
1. Both the learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the issues raised in this writ petition are covered by the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.6950 of 2009, decided on 27.4.2022. They also submit that the claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the terms of the said order. The said submission is placed on record.
2. The learned counsels submit that the petitioner had approached the Committee that has been constituted pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court.
3. In view of the judgment referred to herein-above, on petitioner approaching the Committee, the claim of the petitioner shall be considered by the Committee in accordance with law.
4. The petition stands DISPOSED OF.
Rule is made absolute accordingly.
