1. The present application has been filed to permit the applicant to delete respondent no.1 from the cause title of the main Second Appeal.
2. In view of the fact that respondent no.1 has expired and the legal heirs of respondent no.1 are already on record, the present application is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.

1. The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the Second Appeal.
2. Learned advocate for the applicant states that the delay is caused because of obtaining the certified copies of the judgment and decree and the said delay is not intentional.
3. Having considered the facts stated in the application, sufficient cause has been stated in the application and the present application is required to be allowed. In view of the same, the present application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned.
