ORAL ORDER
1. The present Second Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree passed by the 5th Additional District Judge, Mahesana in Regular Civil Appeal no.48 of 2018 confirming the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit no.68 of 2009.
2. The present Second Appeal was admitted by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 21.11.2019.
3. Today, when the matter is called out, learned advocate for the appellant states that the appellants are present before the Court and have been identified by the learned advocate Mr.Mahesh Bhavsar.
