1. Heard learned advocate Ms.Meghna A.Patel for the appellants and learned advocate Ms.Archana Patel for the respondents
2. The present Second Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Appeal no.60 of 2007 passed by the Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court no.4, at Gandhinagar.
3. Today, learned advocate for the respective parties have stated that the parties to the present proceedings have settled the matter and memorandum of agreement/ compromise agreement have been arrived at between the parties. The said memorandum of understanding/ compromise agreement dated 15.07.2025 is taken on record.

4. Learned advocate for the appellant states that the appellant is present in the Court and identifies the appellant.
5. Learned advocate for the respective parties identifies the signatures of the respective parties and in view of the said settlement, learned advocate for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Second Appeal.
6. In view of the same, the present Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the Second Appeal, the Civil Application if any is accordingly disposed of. Interim relief, if any stands vacated.
