1. Heard learned Advocate Mr.Gaurav Mehta on behalf of the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Aditya Pathak on behalf of respondent - State.

2. By way of this petition the petitioners challenge decision of the respondent authorities of giving charge of Head Teacher (Principal), to the petitioners who are otherwise not the senior most teachers in the school concerned.

3. 4. It also appears that identical issue has been decided by this Court vide oral judgment dated 11.07.2025 in Special Civil Application No. 9498 of 2025 and allied matters. For the reasons stated in judgment dated 11.07.2025, the present petition stands disposed of as rejected.
