ORAL ORDER
Having heard the learned advocate for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, delay of 234 days caused in preferring the captioned MCA is condoned.
2. Insofar as the MCA No.1 of 2024 is concerned, the applicant intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the tribunal in MCAP No.277 of 2010 whereby tribunal has awarded sum of Rs.3,42,000/- with interest @ 9% from the date of filing of the petition till its realization.
3. According to the applicant, he is a very poor person maintaining his family with a very meager income.
