1. The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 359 days in filing Civil Revision Application No. 34630 of 2024. The said application has been filed against the judgment and order passed by the 4th Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Ahmedabad (Rural) below Exh.18 in Regular Civil Suit No. 560 of 2021, dated 14.09.2023.

2. Learned advocate for the applicants, Mr. Viral V. Dave, submitted that the delay occurred due to unavoidable circumstances, as stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Further, an additional affidavit dated 23.01.2025 has been filed by the applicant No.1, wherein it has been stated that the father-in-law of the applicant was aged and unwell. The applicant and her husband were occupied with taking care of the father-in-law, leading to the delay in filing the revision application.

3. I have heard the learned advocate for the applicants and carefully perused the records of the case. The reasons provided for the delay, as stated in the application and the additional affidavit, appear to be bona fide and sufficient to explain the delay.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the delay caused in preferring aforesaid Civil Revision Application is condoned. Accordingly, the present application is allowed as condoned.

5. In view of the above observations and directions, the present Civil Application stands disposed of.
