ORAL ORDER
1. The present appeal is filed under Section 14(2) Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as "Atrocity Act") challenging the judgment and order dated 05.09.2024 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Gandhinagar in Criminal Misc. Application No. 1244 of 2024, 3 rd Additional Sessions Judge, Gandhinagar rejected the application filed by the present appellant under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS") seeking regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11216001240551 of 2024 registered with Adalaj Police Station, Dist. Gandhinagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 64(2)m of the BNS and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(v-a) and 3(1)(w)(i) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. Learned APP has submitted that after filing of the present appeal, charge-sheet is filed. Even, perusing the appeal, it appears that except the order of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, nothing is on record. Even, it appears from the impugned order that the application came to be dismissed on the ground that investigation is going on.
3. In view of above, as charge-sheet is filed, it is expedient to file appropriate proceeding after filing of the charge-sheet.
3.1. Considering the aforementioned fact, the present appeal is disposed of, with a liberty to file an appropriate proceedings before the concerned learned Trial Court, as the charge-sheet has been filed during the pendency of the present appeal. Notice is discharged.
4. With the above direction, the present appeal stands disposed of. This Court has not examined the merits of the matter.
