1. Learned advocate Mr. D.V. Kansara has tendered the affidavit-in-rejoinder to the affidavit-in-reply of the respondent No.2. The same is ordered to be taken on record.
2. As recorded in the judgment and order dated 10.11.2023, the respondent authorities have already complied with the directions issued by this Court. Paragraph 13 reads as under :-

3. Pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2023, the respondent authorities have passed an order dated 14.01.2025. The applicant has raised his objection with regard to the last observations recorded in the order dated 10.11.2023 regarding scoring of the entries.
4. In our considered opinion, there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 10.11.2023 referred hereinabove. Hence, the application stands disposed of. If the applicant has any grievance which remains against such an order and the observations recorded therein, it will be open for the applicant to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
