1. The applicant has prayed to condone the delay of 15 days caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Rajula in Sessions Case No.18 of 2014 dated 14.08.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the impugned judgment and order came to be passed on 14.08.2024 but as the applicant had no knowledge about the law, delay had occasioned in engaging the advocate. 3. Though served, none appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condoning the delay. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 15 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute. The appeal be listed in due course.
