1. It is submitted by learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that after the filing of the present Letters Patent Appeal, the State Government has already issued Resolution dated 08.11.2024, regulating the pension of its employees.

2. Learned advocate Mr. J.V. Vaghela appearing for the appellant has submitted that liberty may be reserved in favour of the appellant to file appropriate representation claiming benefits of pension under the Resolution dated 08.11.2024.

3. The request is accepted. It will be open for the appellant to file appropriate representation claiming benefits of pension under the Resolution dated 08.11.2024. In case, it is found that the appellant is entitled to the same, necessary benefits shall be extended to him. The judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge in the captioned petition will not come in the way of the present appellant in claiming pension in view of the subsequent Resolution dated 08.11.2024 issued by the State Government.

4. With these observations, the present Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of.
