1. The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 93 days in filing the captioned appeal.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the applicants has submitted that the captioned appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.5807 of 2022, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed the applicants to extend the benefits of Government Resolution dated 05.07.2011, 13.10.2015 and 07.04.2016 i.e. for grant of lumpsum compensation in lieu of compassionate appointment on the basis of pro-rata services rendered by the deceased employee within a period of two months from passing of the judgment and order. 3. Since the issue is pending before the Supreme Court and various writ petitions were allowed in lines of the present judgment and order, the delay of 89 days requires to be condoned. The same is hereby condoned.

4. The present application stands allowed. Registry to give pakka number to the captioned appeal and list the same today itself.
