ORAL ORDER
The present Civil Revision Application has been filed to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Vapi in Regular Civil Suit No. 79 of 2021.
The learned advocate for the applicants has brought on record the judgment and order dated 28.11.2024 in Regular Civil Suit No. 79 of 2021, has been rejected by the learned 2 nd Addl. Civil Judge, Vapi.
In view of the aforesaid, the cause of action of present revision application does not survives. Accordingly, the main matter stands disposed of also the civil application shall also stands disposed of.
