1. By this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of four days caused in preferring the First Appeal whereby, challenge is to the judgment and order dated 31st August, 2024 passed by learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Meghraj in Special Civil Suit No.1 of 2024.
2. Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.
3. Having regard to the submissions made, the application deserves to be allowed. Delay deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned. Civil Application succeeds and is accordingly allowed. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
