1. The present Civil Revision Application has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 06.12.2007 passed by the Sessions Judge and 2nd Fast Track Court, Deesa in Regular Civil Appeal No.33 of 1996.

2. Learned advocate for the applicant places on record the communication dated 14.02.2025, which is taken on record, addressed by the present applicant stating therein that since there is compromise arrived at between the parties outside the Court pending this revision application, the applicant does not want to pursue further the present civil revision application and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

3. In view of the above, present civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
