                      ORAL ORDER

Mr. D.Y. Malek learned advocate holding the brief of Mr. Yunus Malek, learned advocate appearing for the respondents has placed on record the order passed in Sessions Case No. 83 of 2010, wherein the respondents are convicted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further stated that in view of the same, the present revision application has become infructuous.

It is further stated that pursuant to the conviction order, the respondent - Bhupendrabhai has preferred Criminal Appeal No. 1231 of 2023 and the State has preferred Criminal Appeal No. 383 0f 2025 qua other accused who are acquitted. Resultantly, the present revision application stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.
