ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE SANGEETA K. VISHEN) By this application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 2 days caused in preferring the captioned First Appeal against the judgment dated 11.12.2023 whereby, the suit came to be partly allowed and the defendants have been directed to make the payment.
2. Ms Priyanshi Joshi, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the delay is of only 2 days. Request is made for condoning the same by offering the explanation in the application.
3. Considering the delay of 2 days and the explanation offered, this Court deems it appropriate to condone the same without any notice to the respondents.
4. In view of the above, delay of 2 days, is hereby condoned. Civil Application succeeds and is accordingly, allowed. No order as to costs.
