ORAL ORDER
1. The present revision application has been preferred by the present applicant against the judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Court No.9, Ahmedabad in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2015 dismissing the appeal of the present petitioner - original accused on 10.11.2016 and confirming the judgment of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Negotiable Instrument Act Court No.34, Ahmedabad in Criminal Case No.272 of 2013 convicting the present applicant - petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentencing him to 18 months simple imprisonment and also directed the accused to pay Rs.02,50,180/- by way of compensation to the complainant.

2. As per the cause-list, it suggests that the petitioner who is a sole accused, has been expired. Further, from the report, it suggests that when the notice has been issued by this Court, the report of the Police Inspector, Bapunagar Police Station stated that the present petitioner - Dilavarkhan Sharifkhan Pathan is expired on 10.10.2024 at U. N. Mehta Hospital during the treatment and also recorded the statement of his son - Shahrukh khan Dilavarkhan Pathan.
3. Considering this, the applicant - original accused has been expired and he is sole accused, the present revision application stands abated.
