ORAL ORDER
By the present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)-I, Ahmedabad.
In view of the alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner and the judgment of the Apex Court in the the case of PHR Invent Educational Society v. UCO Bank & Ors. - (2024) 6 SCC 579, the present writ petition is not entertained. The petitioner is relegated to avail the statutory remedy as available under the law. All the contentions raised in the writ petition are kept open to be agitated before the appropriate forum.
