ORAL ORDER
The present application is filed by the applicants for condonation of delay of 1 day caused in preferring First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 24.04.2017 passed by the learned City Civil Judge, Lakhpat (Dayaper) - Kachchh, in Regular Civil Suit No.24 of 2014 (Old No.04 of 2008), whereby, the suit filed by the plaintiffs applicants herein was partly allowed.
Considering the averments made in the application in paragraphs 2 to 4 giving elaborate explanation for delay caused in preferring First Appeal, the present civil application is hereby allowed. The delay of 1 day is hereby condoned.
The civil application stands disposed of.
