2. When the matter was taken up today, at the outset, Ms. Maithili Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State appellants would submit that she has been instructed by the Deputy Director, Primary Education, Gandhinagar to withdraw the present appeal. The copy of the instructions received in the Office of the Government Pleader vide letter dated 25.08.2025 are supplied in the Court, which is taken on record.

3. In view of the above statement, the delay condonation application as well as the appeal are dismissed, as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected Civil Application for Stay would not survive and the same is disposed of, accordingly.
