The present revision application has been filed challenging the order passed by Additional District Judge, Kheda in Regular Civil Appeal No. 50 of 2021 confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2017 passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 51 of 2009, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, claimed that the applicant does not want to proceed with the matter. In view of the fact that the applicant has instructed him to withdraw the present application, he requests to withdraw the present application.
