The present application has been filed to restore the F/Second Appeal No.17271 of 2025.
This Court vide oder dated 30.06.2025 had given two weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which, the matter shall be dismissed. Learned advocate Ms. Pooja Dhruve for learned advocte Mr. Hemal Shah states that the office objections could not be removed in view of the fact that certified copy of the judgment of Regular Civil Suit No.14 of 2009 could not be obtained from the trial Court.
Having heard learned advocate for the applicant and having considered the avermens made in the application. Sufficient reasons have been given for not removing the office objection within the prescribed period. In view of the same, present application is allowed. The F/Second Appeal No.17271 of 2025 is ordered to be restored to its original file subject to removal of office objections within one week.
