1. The present application is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 14.07.2020 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Choda Udaipur in Civil Appeal No.12 of 2018.
2. Learned advocate for the appellant Mr.Vasimraja A.Kureshi for the appellant has placed on record affidavit filed by the appellants dated 12.08.2025 whereby appellants want to withdraw the present Second Appeal and the connected Civil Application no.1 of 2020.
