If such an Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Sessions Court, the learned Sessions Court will consider the same without having regard to the purshis filed by the present Applicant in the earlier Application for deposit of the amount in view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Gajanan Dattatray Gore v. The State of Maharashtra & Anr. In Criminal Appeal No. 3219 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025.
