1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Nishant Lalakiya for the petitioners and learned Advocate Mr. Premal S. Rachh for the respondents.
2. At the outset, learned Advocate Mr. Lalakiya states that during the pendency of the present writ application, the Civil Suit in question came to be dismissed by the Trial Court vide its judgment and decree dated 17th June, 2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ application disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
