Learned advocate for the appellant has assailed the impugned judgment and award in the grounds raised in the appeal memo.

However, noticing the fact that the appeal involved claim to the extent of Rs.2,68,500/-, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal only on the ground of smallness of the amount involved. Present appeal is therefore, dismissed as not entertained solely on the smallness of the amount involved.

It is clarified that the dismissal of the present appeal would not be a bar as regards the legal issues raised in any other proceedings.
