Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of M/s. Celestium Financial Vs. A. Gnanasekaran reported in 2025 (0) ZX (SC) 826 and more particularly, considering the paragraph nos.8 to 10 of the judgment, the District Court also has a jurisdiction to entertain the acquittal appeal of the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. So, he sought permission to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to file before the concerned District Court. The present revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.
