Heard Mr. A.V. Prajapati, learned advocate for the applicants - original claimants. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State Authorities.

Learned advocate at the outset has placed reliance on the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court wherein the cognate matters arising out of the same common impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, this Court has condoned the delay of 56 days. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court in the cognate matters, the present application forming part of the same group of common judgment and award, deserves consideration. Hence, delay of 56 days caused in preferring the captioned appeals are hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent in each of the applications.
