JUSTICE SUNITA AGARWAL) After a brief submission, Mr. Pratik Ramesh Devnani, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present petition, as they propose to abide by the order passed by the trial court, subject matter of challenge herein.
As regards the time granted by the trial court to make the deposit and filing of the written statements within a period of 30 days from the date of order, on the request made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the time period for making the deposits is extended for further period of 30 days from today.
