ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition impugns the judgment and order dated 8.4.2025 in Appeal No.12 of 2024 in Recovery Proceeding No.81 of 2018 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ahmedabad.
In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble the Apex Court in the case of PHR Invent Educational Society v. UCO Bank and others reported in (2024) 6 SCC 579 and the alternative efficacious remedy available under the SARFAESI Act, the present writ petition is not entertained and is accordingly DISPOSED OF.
All the contentions are left open to be agitated before the appropriate forum.
