1. This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 10 days caused in filing the captioned Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 10.01.2025 passed by the learned 5th Addl. Sessions Judge, Vadodara in Special (POCSO) Case No. 91 of 2020.
2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. The grounds under which the applicant has prayed to condone the delay are set out in paragraph-3 of the application. Considering the averments made in the application and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
