1. This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 179 days caused in filing the captioned Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 29.05.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Morbi in Sessions Case No. 36 of 2017.

2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. The grounds under which the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay are set out in paragraph Nos.6 to 9 of the memo of application. Learned advocate Mr. A.M. Considering the averments made in the application and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
