ORAL ORDER
1. The present appeal is preferred by the appellant against the common judgment and award dated 27.01.2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), At - Godhara in M.A.C.P. No.1809 of 2008 on various grounds.
2. Heard Ms.A.N.Bhatt, learned advocate for the appellant and Mr.H.M.Modi, learned advocate for the defendant no.1.
3. The learned Tribunal has after considering the arguments of the learned advocates for the respective parties awarded compensation of Rs.1,23,800/- with interest at the rate of 9% p.a.
